📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
The delivery time depends on the specific product and warehouse location:

  • Shipping from Germany: approx. 2–7 business days

  • Shipping from international warehouses: approx. 7–21 working days

The applicable delivery time is displayed in the shop with the product and at checkout.

Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. If items are shipped from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return items?
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we offer a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

How does the return process work?

  2. We will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  3. Return the goods within 30 days.

  4. After review, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us beforehand. In some cases, we will cover the return shipping costs for you.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

Can I return personalized products?
Unfortunately not — personalized items are excluded from the return policy.
